ProSAP offers both remote and on-site support.
Our remote model has proven very useful and cost effective for clients who require only occasional support (e.g. on call). Rather than paying for pricey long term support contracts that may seldom be utilized, clients can sign up for ‘As Required’ support.
- Advise on the best support model (in-house, outsourced, SLA levels, etc.)
- Help design and/or build our clients’ internal Support organization (Help Desk, SAP Support – Functional/ABAP/DBA’s , etc.)
- Establish Sustainment Processes
- Develop Upgrade and Enhancement Strategy
- Provide SAP Technical Support
